About the Course

Leaders who adopt AI themselves get traction across their organisation. This 7-week accelerator equips you with everything you need to master AI tools, build custom agents and apps, and finish with a clear understanding of how to adopt AI in your role and broader organisation.

Not a $99 course

  • A cheap online course

    • Great for awareness and basic prompts
    • Usually generic examples (not your workflows)
    • No help when you try to apply it on Monday
    • You finish inspired… then it fades
  • Exec Immersion (in-person)

    • High energy, hands-on, fast learning
    • Strong "what's possible" moment
    • Often a one-off spike (hard to sustain)
    • Best as a kickoff or leadership reset
  • Leadership Accelerator (this)

    • Cohort-based + build-focused (not theory)
    • You implement your real workflows with support
    • Two live session options each week (interactive)
    • Designed so adoption sticks after the program

Why Pathfindr

No hype. We're here to help leaders get real adoption — and keep it moving when the tools change.

  • Built for adoption (not demos)

We don't optimise for "wow moments." We optimise for your team actually using AI in the flow of work — with practical habits, guardrails, and repeatable workflows.

  • Designed for leaders with real constraints

You're busy. This is built to fit around leadership reality: clear foundations, small weekly builds, and support between sessions where the real questions show up.

  • Credible, practical, and current

We work with senior leaders across organisations on AI capability and implementation. You'll get fundamentals that don't go stale — plus updates so you're not starting from scratch every time the market shifts.

Who This Course Is For

This program is designed for senior leaders and executives who want to drive AI adoption and build practical AI skills.

  • Decision-makers responsible for driving AI adoption and strategy across their organisations.
  • Heads of departments and C-suite leaders who need practical AI skills to transform their teams and operations.
  • Forward-thinking leaders who want to build custom AI tools and understand what's possible with low/no code AI tools.
  • Leaders who want accountability and peer insights from other senior professionals navigating the same AI journey.

What you'll leave with

  • A personal exec AI operating system

    • Your own prompt kit and decision workflows
    • A repeatable way to brief, think, draft, and review
    • A setup you can reuse (not a one-off chat)
  • 1–2 workflows built for your business

    • Research + meeting prep that saves time weekly
    • A due diligence / doc extraction flow (where relevant)
    • A "doc → insight → deck" pipeline (where relevant)
  • A clear rollout plan

    • Your top 3 AI plays for the next 90 days
    • Simple governance and "safe use" guardrails
    • An adoption rhythm you can run internally

How the cohort works (and why it stays interactive)

  • Capped cohort

    • Limited seats to keep it discussion-friendly
    • Curated mix of leaders (no direct competitors where possible)
    • Built for practical sharing, not pitching
  • Two live session options

    • Two time options most weeks (Teams)
    • Groups typically split across the two sessions
    • You'll be able to ask questions live
  • Moderated Q&A

    • Lead facilitator + a second moderator in chat
    • Live questions + chat questions get answered
    • Office hours on support weeks for deeper help
  • Support between sessions

    • Private group chat for questions and troubleshooting
    • Bring your real work — we'll help you unblock it
    • This is where adoption becomes "sticky"

Agents & workflows you'll build

  • Market / buyer scan agent

Turn a long list into a smart shortlist. Fast, structured research with sources, summaries, and rationale.

  • Meeting prep / dossier agent

Pre-brief yourself before calls: company context, key people, risks, opportunities, and questions to ask.

  • Due diligence extraction workflow

Pull data from messy docs into a standard template (then review). Useful for diligence, assessments, and reporting.

  • Doc → insight → deck pipeline

Break work into steps so outputs are reliable: inputs → normalise → analysis → narrative → slide structure.

  • Build simple internal apps

Use "vibe coding" + no/low-code tools to create lightweight apps your team can actually use.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from the cheap AI courses I keep seeing?
Those courses can be useful for awareness. This accelerator is designed for adoption: you'll build workflows that map to your real work, get support between sessions, and leave with an operating rhythm your team can run — not just a set of prompts.
How does it stay interactive with a capped cohort?
We cap cohort size and offer two live session options most weeks to keep discussion manageable. Sessions are run with a lead facilitator plus a moderator handling chat questions, and we add office hours on support weeks for deeper troubleshooting.
Should I do the Exec Immersion instead?
The immersion is a great kickoff: high energy, lots of learning fast. The accelerator is the deeper "make it stick" path — weekly cadence, builds, and support between sessions where the adoption work actually happens.
Are we 'stuck' again after 7 weeks?
The goal is the opposite: you finish with foundations that don't go stale, workflows you can reuse, and an adoption rhythm you can run internally. We also include monthly updates + quarterly briefings so you stay current without starting over.
Can we bring our own workflows and documents?
Yes — that's encouraged. The best outcomes come from applying the material to your actual use cases (diligence, research, reporting, decks, stakeholder comms, etc.).
Do I need a technical background to join?
No. This is designed for leaders. We focus on practical application, safe use, and building workflows without needing to code.
What's required to participate?
We'll guide setup during onboarding. For consistency, we recommend a ChatGPT Business license for participants, and we'll also cover how to evaluate other tools so you can make good decisions as the market changes.
How much time should I plan each week?
Plan for a live session most weeks plus 1–2 hours of applying it to your work. Optional office hours are available on support weeks if you want extra help.
